2008年公司与高校合作，投入2000多万元引进国内外先进设备，新建一条年产高达100万吨全自动干混砂浆生产线。设备有大型园筒双回程烘干机，概率筛，德国进口阿尔曼干混砂浆混合机、包装机和双机双控微控系统。整个生产工艺自动化操作，配料精度高.同时配有干混砂浆专用检测设备，产品质量稳定.
